Krishna Sarees only uses reliable courier services and we aim to dispatch your purchased items on the same day where possible.

Our simple delivery charges are summarised in the table below and depend upon the recipient's country. While, we endeavour to deliver your items as soon as possible, please allow for the maximum delivery times shown.

Free delivery special promotions

Krishna Sarees regularly has promotions where customers can take advantage of free delivery on standard delivery options. These special promotions only apply to orders made with the delivery address in the specified countries. The promotion only applies to orders placed within the specified offer period.

If your order qualifies for 'free delivery' on any promotional offer, and such order is subsequently returned, our standard postage & packing costs will be deducted from any refund due.

Please also note that where your order qualifies for free next day delivery, this does not include delivery or dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.  We cannot offer a guarantee for our complimentary next day delivery service. Should you require a guaranteed next day service, please select the next day option (£10) and we will send your parcel via guaranteed next day post service.

Before placing your order:
If you place your order before 1pm (UK time) on Monday to Friday (except UK Bank Holidays) we will aim to dispatch it on the same day. In most cases for UK delivery, our courier service will aim to provide a 1 hour window for the delivery time (by email or text) on the day of delivery although deliveries may take place anytime between 8am and 6pm. If this delivery time is inconvenient, you may be able to rearrange directly with the courier. Please note that our standard or next day UK courier service does not deliver on Saturday. Should you require a Saturday delivery, please select the Saturday delivery option. 

After your order has been placed and/or shipped:
Please note we are unable to cancel orders or change delivery and/or shipping addresses once the order is placed so please check your details prior to completing your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase the item must be returned to us as per our Returns policy.

A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. 

For all international orders outside the EU, please note that delays may occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that if a delivery is not accepted or if there is an error in the delivery address provided and the parcel is returned back to us by the courier there will be an Unacceptance Fee of £15 that will apply. Nevertheless, if you notice that there is an error in the delivery address please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible so that we can try our best to liaise with the courier about the delivery.

When alterations are requested to garments, customers should add up to 3 working days to the maximum delivery time.

In the event your order qualifies for 'free delivery' on any offer we may choose to run from time to time, and such order is subsequently returned, our standard postage & packing costs will be deducted from any refund due.

Delivery Notes

(1) UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

(A) UK Standard Delivery: £5.95

We aim to have your order with you within 2-3 working days (not including the weekend or UK Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 7 days for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. You will be entitled to free delivery using this method if your order is over £50.

Please note that for items that are in stock but state a dispatch time other than "usually dispatched within one working day" on the product page we will contact you after you place your order with the estimated delivery date which may be outside the usual delivery times for this delivery option.

(B) UK Next Day (Weekday) Delivery: £11.95

We aim to have your order with you by the end of the next working day (not including Sundays or UK Bank Holidays). Deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm. Occasionally, next day deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may not be possible. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you immediately to let you know of the alternative delivery options.

(C) UK Next Day (Saturday) Delivery: £19.95

We aim to have your order with you by the end of the next Saturday (not including UK Bank Holidays). Deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm. Occasionally, next day deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may not be possible. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you immediately to let you know of the alternative delivery options.

(2) Europe Zone 1 Delivery: £15.00*

We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days but may take up to 10 working days depending on the country. This delivery zone covers the following countries/regions: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal & Sweden. You will be entitled to free delivery to this region if your order is over £250.

(3) USA & Europe Zone 2 Delivery: £19.95*

We aim to have your order with you within 5-7 working days but may take up to 10 working days depending on the country. This delivery zone covers the following countries/regions: Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland & USA. For USA, please note this service only covers the mainland only. For outlying islands, please choose the Rest of the World delivery option. You will be entitled to free delivery using this method if your order is over £150 for USA only.

(4) Australia, New Zealand, Canada & South Africa: £29.95*

We aim to have your order with you within 5-7 working days but may take up to 10 working days depending on the country. This delivery zone covers the following countries/regions: Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa only. Please note this service only covers the mainland only. For outlying islands, please choose the Rest of the World delivery option. You will be entitled to free delivery using this method if your order is over £200.

(5) Rest of the World: £29.95*

We aim to have your order with you within 8-10 working days but may take up to 15 working days depending upon the country. This delivery zone covers the remaining countries of the world. There may be occasions where for reasons beyond our control we are unable to deliver to certain countries. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you immediately to let you know of the options.
