Returns

We offer you a very simple no-quibble returns/exchange policy in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to receive a refund, please return the item in its original condition, unworn, tags attached and folded carefully inside the wrapping and packaging it arrived in.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item within 14 days of receipt enclosing details of your name, order number and reason for return. Please note that returning any item without your order details may delay the processing of your refund/exchange.

Please note we do accept returns on accessories and jewellery, due to hygiene reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
